A clothing brand came to us with an existing Klaviyo account and a history of campaigns. They had already sent 88 campaigns before we got involved. We analyzed what was working and what wasn’t, then implemented a campaign strategy tailored to the brand. The first campaign we sent became their best performing campaign to date.

The challenge

They had 88 campaigns in the account. Open rates were good and campaigns were converting. But performance had a ceiling. No single campaign had ever broken past their previous best, which was $1,756

The solution

We audited the full campaign history, identified the best customer segment to target, and built our first send from scratch using a strategy most brands don’t use.

The result

First campaign sent. Straight to number 1 out of 89. 48.63% Open Rate, 1.80% Click Rate, 77 orders and $3,660 in revenue from a single send to 16,934 recipients. (More than doubled the revenue of their previous best performing campaign)

What we did

We analyzed all 88 campaigns in the account. The foundation was solid: strong open rates and consistent revenue. But performance had plateaued.

We dug into what was actually driving results, identified the highest value segments, and built a send strategy around them. From there, we created a campaign from scratch using an approach most brands overlook.

It was different and that difference is what drove the result.
