Overview
Ecomflows provides customized, done-for-you email marketing and retention services. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund policy.
By purchasing any Ecomflows service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Once onboarding has started, no refunds can be issued.
Onboarding is considered started when one or more of the following occurs:
- The onboarding form has been submitted
- Access to platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify) has been granted
- Strategy, setup, or technical work has begun
At this point, resources, planning, and execution are already in progress. As such, all payments become final and non-refundable.
Refunds Before Onboarding
If onboarding has not yet started, a refund may be requested.
In this case:
- The refund will be processed minus payment processing fees
- Any non-recoverable transaction costs will be deducted
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Services
The following are always non-refundable after delivery:
- One-time flow setups
- API or technical integrations
- Campaign setup or management
- Strategy work or consulting
- Any service marked as “done-for-you”
No Performance-Based Refunds
Ecomflows does not offer refunds based on performance, results, or expectations. All services are provided on a best-effort basis using proven systems and data-driven strategies.
