A in-house freelancer had damaged this jewelry brand's sender reputation by mailing unclean lists. Spam complaints were bad. Open rate was around 20%, bounce rate 0.69% (high), and monthly campaign revenue was just $1,830.
The solution
We ran a full list audit and cleanup, built a structured reputation warmup program, rebuilt all email flows from scratch, and launched a consistent branded campaign calendar. All designed to restore deliverability and drive revenue.

What we did
We started with a full Klaviyo audit and list cleanup: removing unengaged, bounced, and high-risk profiles before sending a single campaign. We then built a structured sender warmup schedule, starting with the most engaged segments to rebuild inbox placement. Alongside that, we rebuilt their entire flow setup from scratch with our Elite package. all with brand-level copy and design. A strategic campaign calendar was put in place to maintain consistent, high-quality sending going forward.

Every deliverability metric moved in the right direction. Bounce rate dropped from 0.694% to 0.199% — now in the 91st percentile globally. Campaign open rate more than doubled from 20.1% to 44.6%. Click rate tripled from 0.86% to 2.60%, reaching Excellent status at the 80th percentile. Campaign revenue grew from $1,830 to $40,352 — a 2,104% increase. Total Klaviyo attributed revenue reached $109,220.
