Ecomflows Academy is now live 🎓

The Ecomflows Academy is officially open. A free knowledge hub where we share everything we know about email marketing for e-commerce, built on real experience across 2,000+ stores.

The Academy is a continuously growing video library covering Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, ROAS optimisation, and more. It launches today with 7 videos and new content will be added on a regular basis. Every video is short, structured, and built to give you something actionable right away.

You can filter by topic, including Dropshipping, Brands, Flows, and Campaigns, so you can go straight to what is most relevant for your store.

Education has always been at the core of Ecomflows. The Academy is how we make that available to everyone, completely free.

We've added three new comparison pages to the website, each designed to help potential clients understand exactly how Ecomflows stacks up against the alternatives.

Ecomflows vs. Agency breaks down why traditional agencies charge high retainers, take weeks to launch, and build strategy on a handful of clients, while Ecomflows delivers custom flows and campaign management live in days, built on data from 2,000+ stores.

Legal & privacy updates 📄

We've updated our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and introduced a new Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to reflect the launch of the Ecomflows SaaS platform. Key changes include a full breakdown of how we access and process Klaviyo account data via OAuth, our data retention and deletion policy, sub-processor disclosures, and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) governing international data transfers. USD available 💰

We have introduced a new feature on the Ecomflows platform to make pricing clearer and more accessible for our international users. You can now view all prices in USD directly on the website using a simple toggle button.

With this update, visitors can easily switch between currencies and instantly see pricing in US dollars without needing to calculate conversions themselves. This small but important improvement helps provide a smoother experience for our growing global audience.

Beyond convenience, this change reflects our commitment to making Ecomflows easier to understand and use for e-commerce businesses around the world. Whether you are based in the US, Europe, or elsewhere, you can now explore our services and pricing with full clarity.

We introduced Ecomflows Brands to better serve growing and established e-commerce brands that need more than just automation. As our client base evolved, it became clear that not every store operates the same way or grows with the same goals in mind.

That is why Ecomflows now serves two distinct audiences, each with their own tailored solutions and pricing plans. Every track is designed to match the business model, maturity level, and growth strategy of the store.
