Before we started helping Stijn, we conducted a baseline measurement to determine where the email marketing stood and where we wanted to go. We discovered that only 3% of total revenue came from email marketing—a number that had significant room for improvement. In the first month, we increased this to 22%! The revenue was divided between flows and campaigns: 8% came from flows, and the remaining 14% from campaigns. This analysis showed that campaigns were particularly effective for this client. Both the client and our team are very satisfied with the results achieved.
