Purpose of the Role

This role is crucial to our success.

Our Customer Success Manager is the bridge between our clients and our team. You're the reason a new client feels confident from day one, the reason they stay excited month after month, and the reason they recommend us to the next brand.

When you do this role well, clients don't just stay with us, they grow with us. You make life easier for our strategists, designers, and copywriters by making sure client needs are crystal clear. And you make life better for our clients by being the person they trust most in their inbox.

What You'll Achieve

This is a role focused on outcomes, not checklists. Success in this role looks like:

  • New clients who feel fully taken care of from kickoff to a delivered retention setup
  • Clients who stay with us longer because they feel seen, heard, and consistently delivered to
  • A fresh content calendar in every client's hands, every month
  • Clients who know exactly what results we're driving for them, because you're the one sharing the wins
  • A happy, growing client base that turns into word-of-mouth for Ecomflows

You're someone people remember after one conversation. Warm, charismatic, and genuinely interested in the people on the other side of the screen. You take ownership without being asked, you handle pressure without losing your smile, and you believe that how you make someone feel matters just as much as what you deliver.

You probably recognize yourself in a few of these:

  • You love people. You find it energizing, not draining, to be someone's point of contact
  • You're organized by nature. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
  • You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
  • You know your way around Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segments) and Shopify at a basic level, and you're eager to go deeper
  • You'd rather solve a problem than wait for someone to tell you it exists

Nice to have: Strong hands-on Klaviyo or Shopify experience, or previous time in a client-facing role at an agency or ecommerce company.
