The Mission

That is where you come in. You find the right brands, show them what they are missing, and bring them on board.
You are not just selling a service. You are helping founders unlock the full potential of their business.
The Role
This is a commercial role with a strong communication side.
You handle sales from start to finish, from first contact to closing the deal. At the same time, you keep relationships warm and partnerships alive.
You spot opportunities within existing clients and turn them into bigger partnerships. You build and maintain relationships with partners who send business our way.
You help improve how we sell through better materials and content.
If it is commercial or relational, it runs through you.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Running discovery calls and qualifying leads.
• Keeping client and partner relationships warm.
• Managing and structuring the sales pipeline.
• Pitching Ecomflows and closing new deals.
• Expanding existing client accounts.
• Maintaining partnerships that drive inbound business.
• Improving sales materials, case studies, and content.
What Good Looks Like
• Growing client accounts through expansion.
• Growing total accounts through consistent acquisition.
• A steady flow of inbound opportunities through partners.
• A clean, high converting sales funnel.
• Consistent contribution to pipeline growth.
Who You Are
• You have 1 to 2 years of sales experience and want more ownership.
• You are strong on calls and ask the right questions.
• You handle objections confidently and close without hesitation.
• You understand how an agency works and what we deliver to clients.
• You think commercially in every situation.
• You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• You are motivated by targets and results.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of ecommerce.
• Familiarity with email marketing, Klaviyo, Shopify, or retention marketing.
• A track record of hitting sales targets.
